How your order ships
Sienna Patterson offers free shipping across the United States with secure, tracked UPS delivery.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your parcel ships, you will receive another email with tracking. Tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to update in the carrier system.
Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days from the date of order.

If your order is running late
First check the tracking link in your shipping email. If 8 to 12 business days have passed and tracking is not updating, email support@siennapatterson.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Canceling your order or changing an address
If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, email support@siennapatterson.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Wrong or damaged items
If a delivery arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, email support@siennapatterson.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or another solution.
