Sienna Patterson offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may start a return within 30 days of delivery if an item is not quite right.
How to start a return
Email support@siennapatterson.com with your order number (from your confirmation email or packing slip) and the reason for the return. We will review the request and, once it is approved, send instructions for sending the item back.
Please wait for those instructions before shipping anything back to us.

Customs delays, if they occur, are outside our control and are not by themselves a reason for a return.
When we cover shipping
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. In those cases we will explain how we will put it right, including whether we cover return shipping.
Product condition
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with original tags and labels attached where they were provided. We may decline a return that shows wear, use, or damage that did not occur in transit to you.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery. Photos of the issue help us resolve it more quickly.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item is to complete a return first. After the return is processed, you can place a new order for the size, color, or style you prefer.
